REDEEMING YOUR GIFT VOUCHER
Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards any salon service or treatment package (excluding retail products).
When booking your appointment, please let me know that you'll be using a gift voucher. Your voucher must also be presented at your appointment, either electronically or in printed form.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiry date displayed on the voucher.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed across multiple appointments until the full value has been used. Any remaining balance will be retained for future treatments, subject to the voucher's expiry date.
Gift vouchers are subject to the salon's cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service value being deducted from the remaining voucher balance.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service value.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase retail products.
