The TrueBrow™ Collection is a brow kit that every woman must have! This quick and easy 2-step application process is unlike anything else on the market. These unique brow products have the power to create depth, fullness and most importantly, softness to any brow. For those women who love the bold brow, it offers them an instant 'wow' factor and still looks beautifully natural, and with exceptional staying power, there are no touch ups required throughout the day.

 

The TrueBrow™ Collection includes 15ml Element, TrueColor and the TrueBrow™ Precision Brush.

 

HOW TO APPLY

Element is step 1. It is a unique formulation that is applied with the TrueBrow™ Precision Brush to the hairs of the brows and any skin where one wishes to build the brow. Element increases the longevity of the TrueColour on the brow and enables the user to create the natural softness they desire.                               

TrueColor, step 2, is available in 3 shades (S01-Light, S02-Medium and S03-Dark), that coherently match to every brow. The TrueColor pigment is extraordinarily versatile in its application to achieve the look your client desires, be it soft, bold, defined, raw or ever so subtle. Women are falling in love with it every single day.

Women with sparse, mis-shaped brows can now experience a natural looking fullness, instantly. It is the perfect solution and confidence builder for clients who are in the midst of the restoration phase of their TrueBrow™ Program.

    Available in 3 shades (S01-Light, S02-Medium and S03-Dark).

    When purchasing your kit in salon, you will receive a complementary brow workshop to show you how to apply your collection.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Change Of Mind

    Kylie Hay does not offer full refunds or exchanges if you change your mind on a product purchased in the salon or online.

    If your purchased item/s is in original, unused and sealed condition, you may return it for a gift voucher that can be used in salon or in our online store. Your gift voucher will be valid for 3 years from the issue date.

    If you wish to return your unused item for a gift voucher, please send your order number, name and product details to kyliehay@bigpond.com.

    No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.

    Returns on unused product can be made in the salon or via post. You will receive a voucher within 7 days, less any further shipping charges on the original order.

     

    All returned items must be unopened, in original packaging and returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt of your order.

     

    All item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Return Costs

    Return shipping costs are to be incurred by the customer, unless in the unlikely event that the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or if an allergic reaction occurs.

     

    All shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

     

    Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

     

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

     

    You will receive the credit within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

     

    Incorrect Item/Damaged On Arrival

    Please inspect all packages thoroughly and immediately upon delivery.

     

    If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours delivery and send a photo of the incorrect/damaged item to 0456 087 274 or kyliehay@bigpond.com.

    Please do not dispose of the item or you will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

     

    In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned with the packaging it was sent with. Upon receipt, Kylie Hay will issue you with a replacement item or a refund for the product. We cannot accept any returns without prior authorisation.

     

    Cancellations

    You have the right to cancel an order without penalty until it has been packaged. Once an order has been shipped you are unable to cancel.

     

    Returns due to Customer Error

    If a package is returned to us due to a customer error such as incorrect address, or missing details, a 15% shipping and handling fee applies. Once the item/s are returned, you will be sent an invoice for the additional charges. Once payment has been received, your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.

     

    Clearance & Sale Items

    No credits, refunds or exchanges on any sale or clearance items.

     

    Allergic Reaction

    Kylie Hay will not be held responsible in the unlikely occurrence of an allergic reaction to a product you have purchased from the salon or online. We urge you to contact us for a full list of ingredients on any product sold in the salon or online if you have any concerns regarding particular ingredients, and consult your doctor with any questions prior to completing your purchase. If an allergic reaction occurs, please discontinue use of the product immediately. Take a photo of the reaction and contact us, and also your doctor for further assistance.

     

    Allergic Reaction returns will only be accepted if the product has been less than 20% used, and you have a statement from your doctor stating the reaction was specifically caused by the ingredient/product in your item.

    Shipment Processing Time                                                                                   All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Shipping times can vary from 3-7 business days (depending on address).

    Shipping Rates                                                                                             Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat rate shipping of $10 within Australia and free shipping if you spend over $99.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking                                                      All packages are sent via Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number and details on how to track your order. Please allow 24 hours before tracking your package, as there can be delay with the item being scanned from Australia Post.

    Delivery Lodgement                                                                                          Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, Kylie Hay are no longer liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all contact and delivery information is correct. If Authority To Leave (ATL) is selected on your order, Kylie Hay and the nominated shipping carrier are not responsible if the parcel has been lodged as successfully delivered, as the customer has chosen a non-secure delivery option. If you do not receive your parcel delivered via ATL delivery, Kylie Hay will not replace or refund you unless otherwise required by law. We will attempt to locate your items by tracing your parcel on your behalf and lodging an investigation via the nominated delivery service if required.

    Out Of Stock Items                                                                                                   In the uncommon event where an item you have selected is out of stock, we can offer you a refund for the product/s, a replacement product or alternatively we can ship the item/s to you once back in stock.
